Sponsor a Koala in Care at Mosswood Wildlife!

At Mosswood, every joey has a unique story. You can help us give these orphaned koalas a bright future.

Meet some of the adorable residents you’ll be supporting:

Sarge is a little boss with a big personality! He knows exactly what he wants—usually his milk bottle.

When he first arrived, Nando was always by his side, but now he’s good friends with Winnie. Sometimes, he’s a bit cheeky, refusing to come inside at night!

Sweet and patient, Clover always waits her turn for her milk. She came to Mosswood after a tragic dog attack took her mother.

Despite her tough start, Clover has bonded with Patches and is thriving in our care.

Lincoln is our gentle giant and the largest joey in care.

Orphaned after a car accident, he now enjoys exploring the joey yard and soaking up the outdoors.

Mano is the sweetest little soul. He’s incredibly gentle and patient, even when the other joeys climb all over him.

His bond with Nando makes them the perfect duo.

Short for Fernando, Nando has overcome incredible odds. Found in the jaws of a dog, he wasn’t expected to survive—but here he is!

He’s still learning to drink his milk properly, but his determination shines through.

Our Pouch Potatoes, these two are inseparable! Often found snuggled together in the same pouch, Nando and Mano are a picture of adorable friendship.

Mano, with his kind and patient nature, doesn’t mind being Nando’s chosen companion.

Winnie was rescued by a farmer after being found covered in mud and cow manure, with no sign of her mother.

She’s a joy to feed and shares a special friendship with Sarge.

The tiniest of the joeys, Patches got her name for her “oops” moments, leaving little pee patches wherever she goes.

Her small size doesn’t stop her from making big friendships!

Thids was orphaned when her mother was struck by a car in a state reserve and found by kind strangers who stopped to help.

Thids is a bit of a loner but occasionally lets the other joeys sit near her.

Meet PJ, Mosswood’s unofficial mascot, affectionately known as ‘the leaf thief.’

PJ was brought to Mosswood as a joey when his mother required medical care. Now grown, he still visits Mosswood as part of his territory, stealing eucalyptus leaves along the way!

This Christmas, eight orphaned joeys are in care.

Each has their own story, and your sponsorship can help provide the care and support they need to thrive.

Sponsor them all and be a part of their journey to recovery and release!

Sponsorships made to Mosswood Wildlife are tax deductible and will go directly toward the care of wildlife in need. The treatment that each animal requires can be extremely costly, as are the day to day costs associated with running a facility of this scale.
